1.      Redemption

⁸He said, “They are my very own people. Surely they will not be false again.” And he became their Savior. ⁹In all their suffering he also suffered, and he personally rescued them. In his love and mercy he redeemed them. He lifted them up and carried them through all the years.

Who Receives Mercy

 

1.      Those who are merciful

⁷God blesses those who are merciful,

for they will be shown mercy.

2.      Those who cry for help

²⁸“But when all was going well, your people turned to sin again, and once more you let their enemies conquer them. Yet whenever your people cried to you again for help, you listened once more from heaven. 3.      Those who confess their sins

¹³People who cover over their sins will not prosper. But if they confess and forsake them, they will receive mercy.                                                                                      Proverbs 28:13
